At Teckmo, we aim to provide high-quality digital services with complete transparency and professionalism. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients can cancel services and request refunds, subject to eligibility and timelines.


2. Service-Based Nature

Our services (e.g., web development, digital marketing, branding, app development) are custom-built and time-based, involving creative work, technical setup, and team involvement. Therefore, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, as described below.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins:
    If a client cancels a service before any work has commenced, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued (minus transaction fees).
  • After Project Kickoff:
    If cancellation is requested after the project has started but before the first deliverable is shared, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered based on the hours already worked.
  • Post-Delivery or Mid-Development Cancellation:
    No refund will be issued once the initial deliverables have been shared or significant work has been completed. The project may be paused or handed over as-is.
  • Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, SMM, Maintenance, etc.):
    These services are billed in advance. Cancellations should be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not applicable for the current/ongoing month.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays or issues caused by client non-responsiveness
  • Change in scope or project goals after work has started
  • Failure to provide necessary inputs or approvals
  • Third-party service fees (e.g., domains, hosting, paid plugins)
  • Work completed beyond 50% of the project scope

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as mutually agreed
